Members are the heart of our organization and provide the means for us to continue offering our quality programs. When you join us you become part of our community foundation for disability needs. Members receive early registration opportunities, discounts on social and leisure programs and members only privileges access on our website portal.
There are so many great ways to share your skills and energy at The Arc of Greater Houston. We're always seeking volunteers for social, leisure, and respite programs, for skilled office and technical help and for other events throughout the year.
Like all nonprofits, we depend on your contributions to keep our programs running. Even the smallest donation makes a concrete difference for people with intellectual and other related developmental disabilities. We encourage you to help shape our future communites.
In order to truly fulfill our vision of a world where Texans with intellectual and developmental disabilities are fully included in our communities and where quality supports and services are available to meet their needs and choices, we need people like you to not only share that vision but actively engage with us to make it a reality. The Arc of Texas is our state level hub for legislative action and we support their efforts as well as work actively at the local level to ensure our concerns are heard.
